Champignons mushroom pate and Bianchetto truffle with extra virgin olive oil
Champignon mushrooms (var. Agaricus Bisporus) blanched in water, minced, sautéed in extra virgin olive oil and garlic, mixed with Bianchetto truffle (Tuber Albidum Pico variety), extra virgin olive oil and salt. The cream thus obtained is subjected to a stabilizing heat treatment at 121 °C aimed at making the product microbiologically safe.

Champignon mushrooms (Agaricus Bisporus)(80%), Extra virgin olive oil(15%), Bianchetto truffle (Tuber Albidum Pico)(3%), salt, garlic, flavorings
